Re-arrangement of folders in collections tab.

Feature Request

Please could we get a UI update that allows us to re-arrange the order of the folders in the collections tab?

Our use case: creative agency, with a feedback loop, wanting to re-arrange the folder order in this tab to better match the actual workflow.

Editing (top) > In Revision (middle) > Completed (bottom)

Alternatively, you can just copy what Frame.io on the video cards.

      Any chance we could have the collection a video is assigned to tagged on each card? - so in that way we can quickly see what belongs where / to, on the UI, and have quick access to change location if need be.

      Essentially, allowing the collections to become multi-functional like custom tags in a sense.

        Yeah potentially on the details side pane.

          This would hide it from the users initial view though?

          Slightly defeating the purpose of it - I typically only go into the details side pane for in depth meta data changes / settings changes.

          This is more so a quick access thing that’s always available to me on the UI, if you know what I mean?

          I’m not so sure this would cluster the UI either - so everything would still remain clean.

              Great, one last thing whilst your here.

              Any chance I could hook Shade up to n8n or zapier to send notifications to x person when x item is added to x collection view? (custom notification automation)

              e.g When (for my case) ads are moved from “Editing” to “In Revision” collection, a client (or x persons are) notified?

              This would completely streamline my workflow.

              Happy to book in a time to chat if this is possible and can be done already.

              Oh also privacy, would be great if we could get a feature to obscure team member names from guests or other team members!

              This would be huge, you’d think Frame would have such a feature but they don’t…
