Move Files Between Drives w/o Re-Upload

Typically clients will each have their own drive. It would be great to be able to move files between drives, like a NAS, without having to re-upload the file entirely. Just to move it to a different place within the file structure.

Even if this happens on the same local system, it would take a bit of time, but much much less time than re-uploading a video file.
