Folders not showing up in file explorer

I'm having an issue with shade on windows 10.

From all folders showing on the app, only half of it show up in file Explorer (I can't sync it directly to davinci as the specific folders I need don't show up)

Tried connecting/disconnecting the drive and restarting shade but still only shows half of the folders on file explorer

    Hey Alejandro,

    Can you try clearing your local cache to see if this fixes this? Head to settings > cache clear

      I did and added 10 gb more to the cache. Still some folders showed up and some not. Also some files dissapeared.
