Files with parentheses broken in web app

Hey Lauren, it looks like this is caused by the backblaze S3 API not accepting special characters like parentheses in the filename.

This does seem to be an issue with strictly backblaze, we also want to avoid removing those

parentheses from users’ file names. The signed URL we’re using on backblaze throws a validation error on their end.

I recommend not naming your files with that character or not using backblaze.
