Hi y’all,
It seems that we have an issue with delivering files for final to client where we’re uploading the footage to Shade for delivery but they are not seeing it up… Is that something you all are aware of? It’s not really something we have time to heck around with as it’s not a great look for us to send incomplete delivery to our clients.
Would love to know if anyone else is having this issue as I think if this is something that keeps happening we’re definitely going to need to shop other platforms.
