file names cannot be duplicated

i uploaded a file lets call her File166.mov and then later on batch processed more files and there were duplicate names and it got overwritten. i didnt understand the concept of directories yet so i know i can get away with it like that but would be nice for files to be identified by their IDs rather than their filenames bc the way i want to use this is just to dump all my footage in and rely on your search/retrieval to get what i want
