Can't move file, Folder claims it is empty

When attempting to move a file, it kept failing. Going through the menu and clicking ‘move’ it also claimed that the destination folder was empty. I figured the first part out, the files that couldn’t be moved had failed uploads of themselves in the destination folder. Second part
