We’re experiencing issues sharing with our Agency clients and Shade links are blocked by their security whereas Frame io works. Two specific agencies this has happened with is Heimat TBWA and Omnicom Group. I’ve email Gurish Sharma twice with regards to this on the 3rd and 10th Oct with no response.

    Hi Toby, I recommend using our intercom for support! We’re more active on there.

    This is something we don’t have much control over, the recommendation in this case is to have them open their firewalls to allow Shade links!
