Add Forward and Backward arrow support to playback

When I am reviewing edits from my editor in the Shade macOS app, I often want to jump forward or backwards using the arrow keys, similar to how you would on YouTube.

I believe frame.io and other similar reviews services have this functionality.

As someone who likes to do as much work without having to use the mouse as possible, to have to reach for the mouse and click around on the timeline to “rewind” feels unnecessary.

I’d love it if there were more tools for reviewing the files that made the process of giving feedback quicker and easier.

I’m being nitpicky though. Everything else so far has been great.
